Customer Satisfaction

At Cutikles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our simple and transparent policy ensures a smooth return, refund, or replacement process.

Returns

  • We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Once your return request is received, our team will review it and share return instructions.

  • After inspection, we’ll confirm approval and notify you via email.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like opened personal care products, customized items, or those marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned products pass inspection.

  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or provider delays may extend this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images or videos. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, please return the existing one (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping Policy

We ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery for all orders across India.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During festive or high-demand periods, slight delays may occur, and customers will be notified.

Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location or courier factors.

Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order status.

Packaging & Product Safety

All Cutikles products are securely packed to maintain hygiene and prevent damage. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery.
For any address modification, contact us within 12 hours of order placement—changes cannot be made once dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be available and will be mentioned on the website.
